Handling time: 0 – 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit time: 2 – 4 business days after your order is shipped.
Total delivery time: 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Changing Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@purelionlighting.shop or +1 (718)-599-5719 within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is in transit.

Incorrect Address
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for reshipping the order.

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
